During our overnight stay at No.18 Hotel, we encountered several concerning issues that significantly diminished our experience.
The amenities advertised by the hotel were severely lacking. Notably, none of the amenities mentioned were operational during our stay.
The service provided was subpar, despite the hotel’s claims of being a four-star establishment.
Specifically, the following issues were encountered:
1. The rooms were of an average quality and lacked functional showers in all the rooms we occupied.
2. The hair dryer was inoperable.
3. The mini-bar did not provide bottled water.
4. The towels were not provided adequately.
5. The breakfast was of a mediocre quality.
6. The reception staff was often unresponsive to our inquiries.
The management should address these issues promptly. Alternatively, it may be prudent to leave them unaddressed. We strongly advise against labeling this establishment as a four-star hotel.
